Neighbourhood and access

Laforet Namba South is the closest of the five houses to a station. A drugstore is 30 seconds from the front door, Hanazonocho Station on the Osaka Metro Yotsubashi Line is 1 minute away, and a supermarket and a 100-yen shop sit inside that same 1-minute radius. The local shopping street is a 3-minute walk, and Namba is about 4 minutes by car. The house is also sold differently from the others: the first-floor room for four (43㎡) and the 6-8 guest room on the second and third floors (82㎡) can be booked separately, so two groups can stay the same night. For ten or more guests, take the whole house (125㎡, 10-12 guests), which puts the first floor and the upper floors under a single booking. Two families who each want a floor of their own, and a group of ten who want the run of the place, both get what they need at the same address. There is no on-site parking, but a paid parking lot is right next door.

Laforet Namba South — frequently asked questions

Which station is closest to Laforet Namba South, and how do I reach Namba and Kansai Airport?

+

Hanazonocho Station on the Osaka Metro Yotsubashi Line is about a 1-minute walk, making this the closest of the five houses to a station. Only Daikokucho Station sits between Hanazonocho (Y17) and Namba (Y15), and the site lists Namba as about 4 minutes away by car. From Kansai Airport, take the Nankai line to Namba or Tengachaya, then change to the Yotsubashi Line for one stop to Hanazonocho.

How many guests can Laforet Namba South sleep, and how do the three booking types differ?

+

4 to 12 guests, in three booking types: the 43㎡ first-floor room (base 4 guests, an extra bed for a 5th), the 82㎡ room on the second and third floors (base 6 guests, extra beds for a 7th and 8th), and the whole 125㎡ house for 10-12 guests (base 10 guests, extra beds for an 11th and 12th). An extra bed is ¥3,000 per person per night, and the minimum stay is 2 nights.

Can the first floor and the upper floors at Laforet Namba South be booked separately on the same day?

+

Yes. The first-floor room for four and the 6-8 guest room on the second and third floors are separate booking types, so two groups can be hosted the same night, each with its own bathroom, kitchen and washbasin. For ten or more guests, book the whole house; that blocks both the first floor and the upper floors, so no other group comes in.

Is there parking at Laforet Namba South?

+

Laforet Namba South has no on-site parking; a paid parking lot is right next door, so drivers can park beside the house. For everyday shopping, a drugstore is 30 seconds away on foot, a supermarket and a 100-yen shop are 1 minute away, and the local shopping street is 3 minutes away.

There is no front desk at Laforet Namba South. How do I check myself in?

+

Laforet Namba South is self check-in throughout, with no front desk on site. At 10:00 on the day of arrival we send the location, the guest registration form and the front-door code by LINE or email. The front door has a keypad lock: enter the code, then press the unlock key to open it. At 16:00 we send the key-box codes, one for the first floor and one for the upper floors; whole-house guests receive both. Put the keys back in the key box when you check out.

What time is check-out at Laforet Namba South, and can I leave luggage?

+

Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 11:00 AM. From 11:00 on the day of check-in you can leave luggage in the entrance. Please keep valuables with you; we cannot take responsibility for stored items.
