La Forêt Yamanakadani is self check-in, with no front desk on site. At 10:00 on the day of arrival we send the location, the guest registration form and the front-door code by LINE or email. The front door has a keypad lock: wait for the touch panel to light up, then enter the code to get in. The whole house is yours, so there are no separate room codes, and once you are through the front door the entire house is open to you.

What time is check-out at La Forêt Yamanakadani, and can I leave luggage?

Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 11:00 AM. From 11:00 on the day of check-in you can leave luggage in the entrance. Please keep valuables with you; we cannot take responsibility for stored items.
