Such a chill, comfortable place. No need to squeeze onto the subway with everyone first thing in the morning, and we would definitely come back. The rooms are big, the beds are comfy, you can do laundry, and the toilet is a washlet. A little cat greeted us every evening when we came home, so cute!
Great environment. The neighborhood is quiet at night and the beds are comfortable. Rooms are spacious and fully equipped, and the subway station is a short walk away. Not as bustling as downtown, but the whole place has a relaxed, easygoing feel.
The overall room design is great! The color palette is so soothing and relaxing. Having a living room is wonderful, everyone can gather to chat and share the highlights of the day. There is a kitchen, microwave, washing machine and more, super convenient! Nights are quiet too. Sincerely recommend booking the whole house for your trip 😆
Highly recommend! Booked the whole house for 5 days. Everything was fully equipped. Mom loved the washer-dryer downstairs. Every room had enough space, kitchen included, hard-shell suitcases could open fully, and the decor felt so warm.
Family trip — this guesthouse genuinely felt like home. Convenience stores and supermarket are close by. Owner is Taiwanese so communication is effortless. Quiet at night, overall a wonderful stay.
Five-day Osaka trip with my parents — booked two rooms, each with its own washing machine (the ground floor one even has a dryer). Bathrooms and toilets are separate (which I love). Very comfortable overall — highly recommend!
Stayed 5 days and 4 nights. Matsudacho tram stop is a 2-minute walk, and from Shin-Imamiya you can switch to the subway for Shinsaibashi, Umeda and more, very convenient! A convenience store is 5 minutes on foot, and Tengachaya station 10 minutes, with a Daikoku drugstore and a supermarket where lots of items are discounted in the evening.
Not far from the station, and a 7-Eleven about 3 minutes from the door. Clean and comfortable, with a small kitchen, a washing machine, and a bathroom that doubles as a clothes dryer. Really convenient.
A perfect stay! Lots of great food nearby, especially the izakaya called Kame. About 10 minutes on foot to Tengachaya, with a small tram stop next door and convenience stores along the way. The rooms are warm and tasteful, kept like new. Thank you to the host!
Three adults and two kids stayed on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Bottom line: a fantastic stay! Spacious enough that after the kids crashed, the adults could sip beer in the next room and plan the next day. Clean, artsy decor, and the kids kept saying it felt like home. Quiet and undisturbed, with the Hankai tram stop just minutes away, reaching almost every major Osaka spot. We want to stay here again next time!
Convenient location, quiet surroundings, easy shopping. There is a yakiniku place and a sushi shop at the corner, a big public bath next door, and the train station is close. The house is clean and the whole vibe is great 👍 We will definitely be back 🌸
A wonderful stay! The house is right by Tengachaya station, extremely convenient for both the airport and the city center. From the living room to the bedrooms, every corner feels warm and thoughtfully arranged. Rooms are spotless with all amenities provided. Staying here felt like coming home. Definitely our first choice next time!

Came to Osaka with friends and this place was fantastic! The whole house is spacious, three floors, so everyone had their own space and it never felt crowded. What I loved most was the location: shopping nearby is easy and the station is not far. Fully equipped, it felt just like home. Very clean, comfy beds. For Osaka, this space, location and price are excellent, especially for a group. We would happily stay here again next time 👍

Wonderful house 👍 Three floors easily sleep 8. Clean, comfortable, great beds. My two kids are very sensitive to dust mites but had no reaction at all here, proof of how thoroughly it is cleaned! Plenty of towels and toiletries, plus a microwave, washing machine and cookware, so cooking a simple meal or doing laundry is easy. Supermarket nearby, Tengachaya station within walking distance, and the price is very reasonable ❤️
Really feels like home. The interior is brand new in a MUJI-style aesthetic, with a Japanese tatami room on the first floor. The living room and bathroom are indescribably beautiful. Our family of three stayed during a special promotion and it was incredible value. Strongly recommend!
