If you drive, parking decides it. If you stay a while, laundry does. Here are the conditions at all five 7mori houses in one table. Anything not published on the site is written as "Ask on LINE". All five are rented as a whole house or a whole floor, and the facilities follow the room type, so two types in the same house can differ.
The table covers free parking, bathtubs, washer-dryers, kitchens, Wi-Fi, baby gear and pets. Three houses have free parking: Mientsuki no Mori, Yamayakyo and La Forêt Yamanakadani.
Read the room type, not the house name. La Forêt Hanazonocho, Mientsuki no Mori and Laforet Namba South each have several room types, and the bathtub, the laundry machine and the hob change inside the same house. Yamayakyo and La Forêt Yamanakadani are sold as the whole house only, so there is one set of facilities and one group at a time. Each cell below says what the room descriptions on that house's official page list. The differences between room types are set out in the sections after the table.

The table is drawn from the room descriptions and FAQ on each house's official page. "Ask on LINE" means the item is not published on the site, not that it is missing.
Three conclusions first. Free parking exists at Mientsuki no Mori, Yamayakyo and La Forêt Yamanakadani, and nowhere else. A bathtub exists at all five houses, but at Hanazonocho and Namba South you have to pick the right room type. A drum washer-dryer that washes and dries in one run is at Yamayakyo, La Forêt Yamanakadani, the Hanazonocho Premium Suite and whole house, and the Namba South first-floor room for four and whole house.
Some items are the same everywhere: free Wi-Fi, a microwave, a fridge, heating and air conditioning, and a washing machine. The amenity set is fixed at towels, body wash, shampoo, toothbrushes and a hairdryer. A bidet toilet is listed in the room descriptions at Hanazonocho, Mientsuki no Mori, Yamayakyo and Namba South, and is not listed in the La Forêt Yamanakadani kominka description. Check-in is after 16:00 and check-out before 11:00 at all five houses.
How many people can get ready at once comes down to the number of bathrooms. The 96 m² Hanazonocho whole house has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, the most of the five. The 107 m² Mientsuki no Mori whole house and the 125 m² Namba South whole house have two bathrooms each. The 80 m² Arashi Moon suite at Mientsuki no Mori and the 97 m² Yamayakyo house are each one private bathroom plus two toilets. The Namba South whole house also has three toilets and two vanities. La Forêt Yamanakadani has a bathroom with the bathtub, and a double vanity and a separate toilet outside it.
TV sizes differ a lot. La Forêt Yamanakadani has a 75-inch TV, Mientsuki no Mori 65-inch, Yamayakyo 55-inch and Hanazonocho 40-inch. The Laforet Namba South room descriptions do not list a size. If you plan to watch films or a match in the living room at night, go by that order.
Mientsuki no Mori, Yamayakyo and La Forêt Yamanakadani have free parking, and the whole-house plan at Mientsuki no Mori adds a dedicated space. La Forêt Hanazonocho has no parking of its own, and there are several paid car parks around the station. Laforet Namba South has no on-site parking; a paid parking lot is right next door.
For drivers the real difference is whether you still have to hunt for a space on arrival. The Yamayakyo space is dedicated and the house takes one group at a time, so the space comes with the booking. At Mientsuki no Mori the dedicated space comes with the whole-house plan, so if you are booking Forest Swan or Arashi Moon on their own, confirm that day's space with support first. La Forêt Yamanakadani is in Hannan City on the edge of Osaka, and the official page says it plainly: there is free parking, so drivers do not need to find a paid car park.
Space dimensions and the vehicle types that fit are not published on the site. A rental from Kansai Airport is often a minivan or a seven-seater, so if you are driving something large, ask that house's official LINE before you book rather than finding out in the street.
There are options without a car. La Forêt Yamanakadani keeps bicycles for guests to use freely, and a 5 to 10 minute ride reaches a hot-spring bathhouse, a supermarket, a drugstore and local restaurants. To skip cars entirely, take Laforet Namba South: Hanazonocho Station on the Osaka Metro Yotsubashi Line is a 1-minute walk, a drugstore is 30 seconds away, a supermarket and a 100-yen shop 1 minute, a shopping street 3 minutes, and Namba is about 4 minutes by car.
If you want parking and still want to stay in the city, Mientsuki no Mori and Yamayakyo are both in the Tengachaya area, a 7-minute and a 9-minute walk from the station. Namba is two stops by train, and the same station has a direct line to Kansai Airport.
All three room types at Mientsuki no Mori list a bathtub, as do the whole house at Yamayakyo and the kominka bathroom at La Forêt Yamanakadani. At La Forêt Hanazonocho you need the Premium Suite or the whole house. At Laforet Namba South the second-and-third-floor room and the whole house have one, while the first-floor four-guest room only lists a private bathroom.
At Hanazonocho the line is clear. The 48 m² Premium Suite has a bathtub and a drum washer-dryer, and so does the 96 m² whole-house plan with its three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The 20 m² Luxury Double Suite and the 28 m² Spacious Suite list a private bathroom and a private balcony, with no bathtub. Namba South splits by floor. The 43 m² first-floor room for four lists a private bathroom only, while the 82 m² second-and-third-floor room and the 125 m² whole house have a bathtub.
What happens after the bath also varies. Forest Swan and Arashi Moon at Mientsuki no Mori both list smart bathroom air conditioning, and the house has a bathroom dryer, so on a wet day you can hang laundry in there and it dries. La Forêt Yamanakadani puts a double vanity and a separate toilet outside the bathroom, so a group of 8 to 12 is not queuing at one basin. The Yamayakyo bathtub sits inside the 97 m² house, and the house takes one group at a time, so you never wait behind a stranger.
With a small child, a baby bath can be rented at all five houses by reservation, so a soak in a full tub is not the only way to wash them. A room type with no bathtub on the site may still have one. If you want a soak, ask that house's official LINE before you book.
Past three nights you usually want to do laundry. Yamayakyo and La Forêt Yamanakadani have drum washer-dryers, and so do the Premium Suite and the whole house at La Forêt Hanazonocho. The other two suites have a balcony washing machine and drying space. At Laforet Namba South the first-floor room and the whole house have a washer-dryer, and the second-and-third-floor room has a washing machine. Mientsuki no Mori lists a washing machine plus a dryer in the bathroom, so on a wet day you can hang clothes in there and dry them.
The difference between the two machines is whether you hang the load yourself. A drum washer-dryer runs through to dry, so a wash at night is wearable the next morning. A washing machine means you need somewhere to hang the load, and a big load splits into two rounds. The Hanazonocho Luxury Double and Spacious Suite put the machine on the private balcony with the drying space next to it, which means the weather decides.
The Mientsuki no Mori listing says washing machine, but both suites list smart bathroom air conditioning and the house has a bathroom dryer, so laundry hung in the bathroom on a wet day comes out soft and dry. Namba South has both machines in one building: the first-floor room for four has the drum washer-dryer and the second-and-third-floor room has the washing machine, so whole-house guests can use either.
Whether detergent is provided and how much the machines hold are not published on the site. Two loads back to back is normal for a family of four, so ask support first if you need to plan your laundry time. On a longer stay, if you want fresh towels and consumables partway through, the official FAQ lists a cleaning service you can add for ¥5,500, covering cleaning the rooms, changing the amenities and restocking consumables. Check the booking page for the live quote.
Yamayakyo and Laforet Namba South have built-in kitchens. At Mientsuki no Mori, Arashi Moon has a built-in kitchen and Forest Swan has an IH hob. La Forêt Yamanakadani has a three-burner gas hob and an air fryer. At La Forêt Hanazonocho the Premium Suite has a three-burner gas hob and the whole house has a kitchen gas hob, while the other two smaller suites list only a microwave and a fridge. All five houses have a microwave and a fridge, so reheating a bento works anywhere.
Check the hob type first. An open gas flame is in the Hanazonocho Premium Suite (a three-burner gas hob), the Hanazonocho whole house (a kitchen gas hob) and La Forêt Yamanakadani (a three-burner gas hob). Forest Swan and Arashi Moon at Mientsuki no Mori both list an IH hob. For high-heat stir-frying or a cast-iron pan, the gas options are easier.
Pans and small appliances are not the same either. The Hanazonocho Premium Suite, Arashi Moon at Mientsuki no Mori and Yamayakyo all list a microwave, a rice cooker, an oven, a fridge and a kettle. Forest Swan does not list an oven. La Forêt Yamanakadani adds an air fryer. The Hanazonocho Luxury Double and Spacious Suite carry only a microwave, a fridge and a kettle, with a folding table and chairs in the Spacious Suite and a table and chairs in the Luxury Double. Reheating is fine in those two, but ask that house's official LINE first if you intend to cook properly.
For a group eating in, the dining area matters more than the hob. The 80 m² Arashi Moon suite has a living room, a built-in kitchen, a dining area and a balcony, and the 97 m² Yamayakyo house has the same set. La Forêt Yamanakadani has a living room, a kitchen and a dining area, plus a 60 tsubo garden (about 200 m²) where you can barbecue, with an outdoor BBQ grill kept at the house. At Namba South the first-floor room for four and the second-and-third-floor room each have their own kitchen and vanity, and the whole house takes both, for two bathrooms, three toilets and two vanities.
Ingredients are close by. At Mientsuki no Mori a supermarket is 1 minute from the front door on the same street, a 7-Eleven 3 minutes and a Lawson 4. Yamayakyo is an 8-minute walk from its supermarket. At Namba South a supermarket and a 100-yen shop are 1 minute away and the shopping street 3 minutes. At Hanazonocho the LIFE supermarket, open until 24:00, is 3 minutes. At La Forêt Yamanakadani a 5 to 10 minute ride on a house bicycle reaches a supermarket and a drugstore.
All five houses have free Wi-Fi with no extra charge during your stay. Connection speed and bandwidth are not published on the site, so ask that house's support before you arrive if you plan to work remotely or join video calls. All five have heating and air conditioning. La Forêt Yamanakadani lists inverter air conditioning, and the Hanazonocho Luxury Double Suite adds a full-length mirror. All five are self check-in with no front desk on site. At 10:00 on your arrival day we send the location, the guest registration form and the front-door keypad code by LINE or email, and at 16:00 we send the room key-box code.
Amenities are the same short list everywhere: towels, body wash, shampoo, toothbrushes and a hairdryer. The La Forêt Yamanakadani kominka also lists bath towels, razors, cotton pads, cotton swabs, conditioner and indoor slippers. Bring your own skincare and contact lens solution.
A stroller and a baby bath can be rented at all five houses by reservation, so mention it when you book. The same channel rents Universal Studios Japan power bands, wands, robes and electric scooters. Rental fees are not published on the site, so the quote from that house's official LINE is what counts. The details are in USJ Stays and Gear Rental.
On pets, the official FAQ only says some properties allow them and does not name which, so check at all five before you book and do not bring a pet straight to the house. Support is handled by real staff in Chinese, Japanese, English and Korean through each house's official LINE. Tell them the type and size of your pet when you ask.
Parking, a bathtub and a drum washer-dryer all land together at Mientsuki no Mori, Yamayakyo and La Forêt Yamanakadani. For the most bathrooms, look at the three private bathrooms in the La Forêt Hanazonocho whole house. To be closest to Namba and still have a bathtub, take the second-and-third-floor room or the whole house at Laforet Namba South.
Free parking and a bathtub, 7 minutes' walk from Tengachaya Station, 2 to 12 guests. All three room types list a bathtub, with a 65-inch smart TV and a bathroom dryer that handles laundry on wet days. The 107 m² whole house has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a dedicated parking space.
A dedicated free parking space, a built-in kitchen and a drum washer-dryer, 9 minutes' walk from Tengachaya Station, 1 to 10 guests (same rate for 1-4). 97 m² with three bedrooms, one private bathroom plus two toilets, a bathtub and a 55-inch smart TV. One group stays at a time.
A kominka with free parking and a 60 tsubo garden (about 200 m²), a bathtub in the bathroom, up to 12 guests. A three-burner gas hob and an air fryer, a drum washer-dryer, a 75-inch smart TV and an outdoor BBQ grill, plus bicycles guests can use freely.
To choose by headcount, see Which House for Your Group Size. For access, see Kansai Airport Access Guide, Whole-House Stays Near Namba, Tengachaya Area Stay Guide and Yamanakadani Cherry Blossom Guide. Room types and prices are in the five-house comparison table.
Mientsuki no Mori, Yamayakyo and La Forêt Yamanakadani have free parking. The whole-house plan at Mientsuki no Mori adds a dedicated space, and Yamayakyo has a dedicated space too. La Forêt Hanazonocho has no parking of its own, and there are several paid car parks around Hanazonocho Station. Laforet Namba South has no on-site parking; a paid parking lot is right next door. Space dimensions and the vehicle types that fit are not published on the site, so check that house's official LINE first if you are driving a minivan or a large car. Guests without a car are not affected. All five houses are within walking distance of a station: La Forêt Hanazonocho is 6 minutes from Hanazonocho Station, Mientsuki no Mori 7 minutes from Tengachaya Station, Yamayakyo 9 minutes, Laforet Namba South 1 minute from Hanazonocho Station, and La Forêt Yamanakadani 7 minutes from JR Izumi-Tottori Station.
The room descriptions at Mientsuki no Mori list a bathtub for all three types, Forest Swan, Arashi Moon and the whole-house plan, and so do the Yamayakyo whole house and the La Forêt Yamanakadani kominka bathroom. At La Forêt Hanazonocho the 48 m² Premium Suite and the 96 m² whole-house plan list a bathtub, while the 20 m² Luxury Double Suite and the 28 m² Spacious Suite list only a private bathroom. At Laforet Namba South the 82 m² second-and-third-floor room and the 125 m² whole house list a bathtub, and the 43 m² first-floor room for four lists only a private bathroom. A room type with no bathtub on the site does not necessarily lack one, so ask that house's official LINE before you book.
The official FAQ only says some properties allow pets and does not name which ones, so for all five houses, check with that house's official LINE support first. Please do not bring a pet straight to the house. Support is handled by real staff in Chinese, Japanese, English and Korean, so tell them the type and size of your pet when you ask.
